PURPOSE:To joint two core bodies in the excellent state without braking them by sealing hermetically two core bodies made of 'Sendust(R)' alloy in a container made of soft materials in the state where silver brazing filler metal is held between them, placing the container in a high temperature and high pressure furnace and jointing two core bodies. CONSTITUTION:A coil groove 3 and a coil window 4 are notched and formed on one core body 1, and an SiO2 film 5 is formed on some part of the body 1. On the other core body 3 the coil groove 3 is formed. Joint surfaces 6 and 7 face each other, and the silver brazing filler metal 8 is provided in a groove 9 between them, and all of them are hermetically sealed in the container 10 made of soft materials. The container 1 is placed in a high temperature and high pressure furnace to joint the bodies. For instance, the core bodies 1 and 2 are put into the soft container 10, sealed hermetically in the vacuum state, placed on a specimen stand 12 as they are. Then a compressor 15 and a heater 14 are driven to hold a hermetically sealed space A at 1kg/cm<2> and about 780 deg.C, which is maintained about 10min.
