PURPOSE:To improve the degree of freedom of the arrangement of cells by using a lower electrode connected to a cell on one end side as one electrode of output extracting electrodes, connecting a lower electrode connected to a cell on the other end side to a conductive substrate and employing the conductive substrate as the other electrode of the output extracting electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Adjacent cells 4 are connected by upper transparent electrodes 8 and lower electrodes 6, and the nose section of a lower electrode 6a connected to an upper transparent electrode 8a positioned at one end side is exposed to the outside of a light-transmitting cover 5 and used as one electrode 7a of output extracting electrodes 7. On the other hand, a lower electrode 6b connected to a cell 4b positioned at the other end side is extended up to the edge section of the lower surface of a conductive substance 2 along the end surface of an insulating substance 3, and connected electrically in the edge of the lower surface of the conductive substance 2. The conductive substance 2 exposed to the outside of the light-transmitting cover 5 is employed as the other electrode 7b of the output extracting electrodes 7. According to the system, the output extracting electrodes can be formed simultaneously when shaping the lower electrodes for the cells, thus simplifying the processes. |
