The invention relates to a grasping device whose adhesion to the package is carried out on the face opposite the pouring, by two retaining elements acting on the folding tabs to allow easy handling of the package. It is constituted from an element 1 having a slot 2 and an element 5 having a slot 6 connected together by a connecting element 8. By inserting the folding tab 3 in the slot 2 and the tab 7 in the slot 6, the elements 1 and 5 hold the device on the package, the element 8 being used as a handle.
