PURPOSE:To contrive to obtain the comfortable air temperature for heating by a method wherein a piping is provided to connect a liquid collector arranged at the high temperature side in an air collector to a hot-water storage tank, also a temperature adjusting valve is provided on the piping to be opened at the lower temperature of a liquid in the piping. CONSTITUTION:At a weak sunshine, when an air temperature at this side of a liquid collector 5 in an air collector 2 is lower than, for instance, 30 deg.C, a heating function does not operate, only a hot-water supply function operates, then a hot-water in a hot-water storage tank 6 is heated. In this case, a temperature adjusting valve 8 is throttled, accordingly, the hot-water temperature is heated up to 30 deg.C with passing time, then the heating is started, but the valve 8 is still throttled, only a small amount of heat for heating the air is taken away by the liquid collector, a comfortable air is blown-off through a blow-off port 9. At the strong sunshine, when the hot-water temperature in the hot-water storage tank 6 is raised, the temperature adjusting valve 8 is largely opened, then large amount of hot-water can be obtained, simultaneously, the air temperature in the air collector 2 is lowered largely, but the air temperature at the blow-off port 9 is higher than 30 deg.C, therefore, the specific problem does not occur concerning to the heating.
