PURPOSE:To prevent the breakdown of data within a data recorder by delivering the misoperation signal that detected the input of only the push signal of a sound record button to produce an alarm and stop the actuation of a data recorder. CONSTITUTION:A data recorder contains a detecting part 3 to which the signal given from a sound record button 1 and the write signal 2 sent from a personal computer are supplied, an alarming part 4 which works by the signal sent from the part 3 and a control part 5. The part 3 delivers a misoperation signal in case the button 1 is pushed and no signal 2 exists. Then the part 4 informs a misoperation to an operator with output of a misoperation signal. While the part 5 delivers a stop signal 6 to stop the actuation of the data recorder. No misoperation signal is delivered as long as the button 1 is not pushed.
