发明名称 PRODUCTION OF OPTICAL RECORDING MEDIUM
摘要 PURPOSE:To make possible the production of an optical recording medium consisting of the dye alone which has a high spectral absorption band in the wavelength region of generally used semiconductor laser light and changes the optical characteristic as a result of a temp. change in the irradiated part by the light absorption and heat exchange of itself when irradiated with laser light or consisting of the composite constitution composed of said dye and the other material having the effect of accelerating optical characteristic conversion by selecting an anthraquinone deriv. or a material consisting essentially of the anthraquinone deriv. and forming the film thereof on a substrate surface by a physical vapor deposition method such as high-frequency ion plating. CONSTITUTION:The optical recording material consists essentially of the anthraquinone deriv. of which the optical wavelength has spectral absorptivity in a 700-900nm range. The film thereof is then formed on the substrate surface by the physical vapor deposition method. The film is formed on the substrate surface by such simple film forming method with the residual content of sulfur in the anthraquinone deriv. as a measure without accelerating the change of the molecular structure thereof, by which the film having the function for optical recording and reading out is obtd.
