PURPOSE:To simplify service at the window by selecting items of diagnosis and treatment in or outpatients, by insurance or noninsurance, and kinds of insurance and storing the charging rate of insurance and the contents of diagnosis and treatment, and printing out only the result obtained from the above inputs. CONSTITUTION:The name of a clerk at the window is inputted with a key 8 and the mode of setting and registration is selected with a mode switch 1. The items of diagnosis and treatment are inputted with a key 2 according to a chart. Classification of in and outpatients, by insurance or noninsurance, and kinds of insurance are selected and inputted with keys 10-13. The contents of diagnosis and treatment (diagnosis, treatment, injection medication, operation, X ray, inspection are inputted through a key 14 and memorized. These contents are displayed on a CRT 4 for confirmation. The rate of charge of insurance to be adapted is also memorized. Points to calculate charges are inputted through the ten-key 13 and the payment of a patient is processed with a function key 15 and only the result of calculation is printed on a receipt. In such a way, the window service and totalizing works are simplified. |
