CONSTITUTION:The lamprey 1 cut to a proper size is fried in an oil, and immersed in honey 2 filled in the vessel 3. The characteristic odor of lamprey can be eliminated to obtain a sweet and easily takable lamprey, and the absorption of vitamin A of the lamprey in the body is promoted. Furthermore, the oxidation of the oil is prevented to give a preservable lamprey food.
