PURPOSE:To obtain easily a conductor with high reliability by forming the conductor composed of two-layered structure made of alloy with copper and aluminum on an insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:On a substrate 1 an upper magnetic layer 5 is formed through a lower magnetic layer 2 and the insulating layers 3 and 4. A coil conductor 6 is formed on the inorganic insulating layer 3 comprising an operating hollow 9, and embedded in the organic insulating layer 4. In this case, the coil is of two-layered structure, for instance, and the aluminum 7 about 0.1Xm in thickness and the copper about 2.9mum in thickness are formed at the lower magnetic layer side and the upper magnetic layer side, respectively. Thus the adhesive property and a manufacturing yield can be improved, and a head using copper as wiring materials can be manufactured on the industrial basis.
