PURPOSE:To release the mutual interference of A/D converters by relatively shifting the operational timing of the plural A/D converters adapted to convert detected radiation ray informations. CONSTITUTION:The information about the radiations detected and held in sample and hold circuits 1-3 is converted by associated A/D converters 4-6 in A/D conversion. Each of these converters 4-6 is controlled by conversion signals and delayed conversion signals passed through delay circuits 7a, 7b of a timing control circuit 7 and thereby shifted as to the conversion starting time. The conversion operation is partially superposed only at the converters 5 and 6 to release the mutual interference of the A/D converting part and inhibit image dropout and superposition, thereby obtaining an image excellent in the diagnostic function.
