PURPOSE:To obtain easily a soldered jig whose dimension accuracy is good by forming simultaneously a groove which becomes a bending guide, and a hole in the jig, in a photoengraving process by the same photomask. CONSTITUTION:The first mask of an external form of said jig 6, a solder ball fixing hole 4 and a bending groove 6a, and the second mask of the external form of the jig 6 and the hole 4 are made. First of all, half etching of the external form of the jig 6, the hole 4 and the groove 6a are executed by the first mask by one-side etching. Subsequently, the through-hole 4 and the blind- shaped groove 6a are formed by executing the etching of the external form of the jig 6 and the hole 4 by the second mask to the other side, and next, the jig is bent so that the groove 6a becomes the inside along the groove 6a. According to such a method, the jig whose position accuracy between each and bending dimension accuracy are good can be obtained easily.
