PURPOSE:To speed up the reading of a picture by adjusting independently the charge storing time of a plural storing type image sensors according to an incident light and also changing a storing start. CONSTITUTION:When a storing start signal is outputted from a controller 52, an AND gate 73 is closed at the trailing edge of the first vertical synchronizing signal and after the lapse of a storing extension time set in advance, the AND gate 73 is opened and a master clock is transferred to a driver 33. Because a vertical synchronizing signal is inverted to 'H' after the normal storing time, a frame transfer is commenced and a storing is terminated. After the transfer of the frame and another rise of the vertical synchronizing signal, a blue color signal is started to take out and the taking out of this blue color signal is executed with slow speed by a long cycle master clock that is divided by a diver 79. So that the signal is taken out in rotation as the charge storing is terminated, it is possible to process a signal with high speed and is also possible to manage with only one signal processing circuit along with a drastic cost reduction.
