摘要 |
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to suppress vibrations of a finger and to reduce the influence of external vibrations by driving the glass needle of a freely adjustable needle holder which constitutes a manipulator and is freely adjustable for alignment in a plane perpendicular to an optical axis hydraulically in optical- axis directions. CONSTITUTION:A detachably hydraulic drive part 17 which is coupled with the needle holder 15 to constitute the manipulator together with it is mounted between a condenser lens 14 and a stage where a sample to be bricked with the glass needle 16. When the aligning knob of this holder 15 is operated, the holder 15 is controlled and aligned in two dimensions in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis, so that the needle 16 which moves in an optical-axis direction is aligned to the cross line intersection of a microscope visual field. In this state, the drive part 17 is controlled remotely through hydraulic operation parts 23 and 26, and then needle 16 is moved in the optical-axis direction to perform bricking. Consequently, vibrations of a finger are not transmitted to the needle 16 and the need to suppress them is eliminated; and the stroke of the needle which moves in the optical-axis direction becomes small and the influence of external vibrations is reduced.
