<p>New 1α.7α-dithio substituted spirolactones having the general formula (I) wherein R1 is C1-3-alkyl and C1-3-acyl and R2 is hydrogen, C1-3-alkyl and C1-3-acyl, preparation thereof and utilization thereof as drug. The compounds have an antialdosterone activity and present the activity profile of pro-drug.</p> |
