<p>The container (11) is provided with a screw nozzle (15) for the attachment of an outlet tube (57) by means of a flange nut (50). The inside of the outlet tube is equipped with a ventilator tube (62), located along the uppermost position of the outlet tube. When the outlet tube is installed on the container, the inner end (68) of the ventilator tube joins one end of a fixed ventilator tube (36) inside the top end of the container. The other end of the outlet tube is located near the top of the container side wall which is opposite the screw nozzle location.</p>
