PURPOSE:To provide a highly reliable printing hammer capable of high-speed printing, by constituting the printing hammer of a printing pin, a pin support for supporting the pin and a leaf spring for mounting the pin support thereon, the diameter of the tip of the pin being smaller than that of the other end. CONSTITUTION:The printing pin 1 is formed of an ultra hard material, and the diameter of the tip of the pin 1 is different from that of the other end. The pin 1 is inserted into a pin fitting hole 4 in the pin support 2, and is thereby connected to the support 12. Then, the support 2 is inserted into a fitting hole in the leaf spring 3, and is welded to the spring 3. Accordingly, though the tip of the pin 1 has a small diameter, the size of the fitting hole 4 in the support 2 can be arbitrarily selected so as to ensure easy machining. |
