<p>PURPOSE:To improve response property of a liquid sensor, by supporting a substrate on which a film-type resistance is formed on a good heat-rotative supporting member through a heat-throttling member. CONSTITUTION:A supporting member 21 is composed of a metal of high thermal conductivity and low specific heat, such as Al, etc. Consequently, heat transferred from a film-resistance 7 through thermal insulators 23a, 23b as heat- throttling member is radiated into an air stream quickly from the member 21 of good heat radiative property. Namely, heat produced from the resistance 7, because of existence of the insulating members 23, 23b, is radiated to the air stream from the resistance 7 itself to a greatest extent and a portion also is transferred to the supporting member 21 through the members 23a, 23b. Consequently, heat transferred to the member 21 is stabilized quickly for improvement of responsivity of the flow-rate sensor.</p> |
