发明名称 WELDING METHOD FOR PANEL POINT STRUCTURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the welding efficiency by unifying the welding to one a device, and to improve the quality by controlling a rotation of three shafts orthogonal to each of jig parts so as to conform a weld zone of a panel point structure attached to the jig with the welding speed of a welding machine. CONSTITUTION:Both end center parts of a panel point structure 1 are attached so as to be freely rotatable to positioning revolving shafts 15a, 15b provided on both ends of a supporting frame 12, and a revolving shaft 14 of a jig body 10 and the revolving shafts 15a, 15b are brought to rotation control so that a weld zone Q of the panel point structure becomes the following conditions. (A) The weld zone Q is conformed with a welding speed of a welding machine. (B) The revolving shaft 14 and the revolving shafts 15a, 15b and 17 are brought to rotation control so that the welding position becomes an easily weldable (vertical or flat) position. In other words, the welding work is unified to one device so that welding is executed with high accuracy and efficiently. Also, by three-dimensional numerical data of the weld zone Q (correlation curve), a rotation quantity and a rotating speed of these revolving shafts are brought to numerical control precisely so that prescribed welding position and welding speed are obtained.
