PURPOSE:To simplify the reference of a file content by combining a file system of a document information and an electronic still camera. CONSTITUTION:Because a read out data from a storing media 2 is a digital data and, on the other hand, a loaded data to an electronic still camera is an analogue data, a conversion mechanism to convert the digital data to the analogue one is necessary. To record the content of a frame memory 61 to an electronic still camera 12, a frame memory read out control part 101 sends a read out address and a control signal to a frame memory and load the read out content from the frame memory to a line memory in the frame memory read out control part 101. A horizontal/vertical synchronization code is added on a document information converted to the analogue data from the loaded data and a video signal with a television mode is performed and is modulated for recording. Thereby, a personal file is made and is easily reproduced and displayed based upon a mass storage file such as an optical disc etc.
