PURPOSE:To obtain a dye transfer body which provides a better image free from omission in the halftone area with a sufficient color density by arranging a coloring material layer containing a specified sublimating dye, non-sublimating particle and binder on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A coloring material layer comprising at least one kind of sublimating dyes 1 as given by the formulas I, II and III (wherein, X represents hydrogen atom or methyl group and R and R' each represent 1-4C alkyl group), a high-melting-point or high-softening-point resin 2 such as polycarbonate and polysulfone and a non-sublimating particles 3 such as metal, metal oxide and mineral is formed on a substrate 5 of a heat resistant high polymer film or the like. It is desirable that the non-sublimating particle 3 exists outside the coloring material layer and the sublimating dye 1 does in the binder 2, on the surface of the non-sublimating particle 3, in the boundary surface between the non-sublimating particle 3 and the binder 2 or in the non-sublimating particle 3. |
