PURPOSE:To manufacture simply and inexpensively the sleeve of an injection nozzle by applying triple Ni-Cr microporous plating on the surface of the body of a nozzle sleeve formed from structural steel. CONSTITUTION:A material 8 made by cutting a barlike structural steel is annealed. A lubricant is applied on it and a hole is formed by deep piercing. Then, it is annealed again and lubricated. The base body 10 of a sleeve is extruded, and triple nickel chromium microporous plating is applied on the surface of the body 10. At this time, the plating layer consists of a plating body 11, a semilustrous nickel (SNi) plating layer 12, a lustrous nickel (BNi) plating layer 13, a nickel (XNi) plating layer 14 containing nonconductive fine particles, and a chromium (Cr) plating layer 15. |
