<p>Start-up and shifting clutch mechanism for vehicles with a multiple disc clutch (1), which is provided with lubricating and cooling oil in the sliding phase and which operates dry in closed and open condition. The multiple disc clutch (1) is bathed in the outer blade (11) area, the maximum level of filling being controlled by a suction pipe (3) and rapid evacuation effected by a second suction pipe (4) together with a control valve (5). Of particular advantage is an independent lubricating system (5, 7, 8, 9) which fills the clutch housing (6) during the sliding phase by means of its own oil collection container (1) and a reservoir (8) with the help of a time-phased magnetic valve (9), using air pressure (91). The reservoir which is equipped with a piston, alternately fills itself as well as the clutch housing (6).</p> |
