PURPOSE:To take out the beam of laser beam as a linear beam and to make possible uniform processing with high accuracy even if the laser rays have low power by disposing a convex mirror and concave mirror in such a manner that the edge lines of the respective reflection faces are perpendicular to each other. CONSTITUTION:The laser light 1 of a circular sectional shape taken out of the oscillator are reflected by the convex mirror 6 to form the laser light 7. The light 7 are reflected by the concave mirror 8 to form laser light 9. The light 9 are reduced diametrally in one direction by the concave face of the mirror 8 to have the linear beam section. The processing surface of a work 4 is processed in the specified area when the working surface of the work 4 is disposed to the position of said beam and the work 4 is moved in the direction (b). The processing surface having the high accuracy is obtd. even with the laser light having the low power. |
