PURPOSE:To process simultaneously and continuously many pieces of works with a single laser oscillator by connecting a mixing rod which accepts the laser oscillation light from a laser oscillator and plural processing heads by optical fibers of small bundles corresponding to the number of the processing heads. CONSTITUTION:The processing heads 20 are connected to the mixing rod 14 by dividing the bundle 16 of many pieces of the optical fibers to the small bundles 22. The bundles 22 of the optical fibers are fixed to the heads 20 and focusing lenses 24 are installed to the top ends thereof. A positioning table 26 is vertically movably constructed so that materials can be positioned onto the focuses of the laser light. The heads 20 are so constructed as to be held preliminarily in optional positions of a control table 30. The table 30 is so constructed as to be subjected to contour control by an NC control device. The continuous and simultaneous processing by as much as the number of the heads is made possible by such device. |
