A device for magnetic fixation of parts worked on a machine-tool comprises a source (3, 4) of magnetic field and a plate (5) placed thereon and provided, on its side which serves for positioning the worked parts (1), with slots (6) intended for splitting the poles. The plate (5) on its side facing the source (3, 4) of the magnetic field is provided with additional slots (7) shifted in relation to the slots (6) so that the distance (b) from the bottom of the slot (6) to the surface of the plate (5) facing the source (3, 4) of the magnetic field, the distance (a) between the slot (6) and the additional slot (7) and the overlapping distance (c) of the slot (6) and the additional slot (7) are equal to each other.
