摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To control to the target value with good accuracy the shape of the final stand outlet side by controlling with using the feedback signal transmitted from a shape gage extending over the whole length of a rolled stock and by correcting the roll bending force of each stand using a model equation for various kinds of rolling conditions variation. CONSTITUTION:The control to be performed using the feedback signal transmitted from a shape gage 3 is continued even after a tension being applied on the rolled stock 11 of the outlet side of the final stand 2. Simultaneously the shape control is performed extending over the whole length of the rolled stock by operating the bending force of plural stands based on the shape model equation I of each stand which learns the parameter by the on-line during the rolled stock being wound on a coiler 5 from the rolling time in order to prevent the shape change due to the various kinds of disturbances. It is taken in the change due to the various kinds of disturbances. It is taken in the equation that Fi = the rolling reaction force of stand (i), FBi = bender pressure of stand (i), TSi = the tension of the rolled stock between the stand (i) and stand (i-1) and lambdai-1 = the shape of rolled stock of stand (i-1).</p>
