PURPOSE:To correct the observed images regardless of status of convergence conditions by making it possible to evade occurrence of non-convergence points. CONSTITUTION:For example, in order to obtain the coordinates of non- convergence points of the 5th line, 1st column (i-5, j=1) the block distortion correction coefft. a0-a3, b0-b3. comprising (3,1), (4,1), (3,2), (4,2) are used. That is, the coordinate value x51 of the (5,1) lattice point in pixel direction is obtained by a0+a1X2XxL+X31, the coordinate y51 in the line direction is obtained from b0+b1X2XxL+Y31. X31 is the pixel direction coordinate value of the lattice point (3,1) on the corrected image while Y31 is the coordinate value in the line direction of the lattice point (3,1) on the corrected image. |
