PURPOSE:To prevent disconnection of a wire easily and securely, by adjusting tension with the air flow pressure giving a tension to the wire through a tube by an air flow, when the tension is given to the very small wire. CONSTITUTION:When a wire 2 is passed through wire passages 4 and 5 of a tube 3, and air is inhaled through an air intake 6, the inhaled air exhausts out through the wire passages 4 and 5, giving a tension to the very small wire 2 by the air flow a, and the wire goes up to a twisting dice. In this case, the wire 2 tends to be loosened between the tube 3 and the feeding reel 1, and the delivery speed should be adjusted. And, in order to adjust the tension of the wire 2 to fit the twisting, elastic throttle valves of rubber 7 and 8 are throttled to narrow the wire passages 4 and 5 adequately by tightening bolts 9 and 10 to adjust the air flow pressure. In such a way, the tension of a very small wire can be kept constant avoiding disconnection. |
