PURPOSE:To connect automatically a component which has a lead wire with a small wire diameter by providing a fixed contact, a movable plate, an oscillatory plate, a photoisolator, etc. CONSTITUTION:The fixed contact 5, movable plate 7, oscillatory plate 20, photoisolator 22, etc., are provided. Then when the lead wire 4 is interposed between the contact 5 and movable plate 7 so that it is mounted on the movable plate 7, the tip of the lead wire 4 presses the oscillatory plate 20, which slants. Further, an opening/closing piece 20a which cuts off the optical path of the isolator 22 slants and moves away so that a photodetecting element photodetects light. Therefore, the isolator 22 operates and an electromagnetic solenoid 8 operates. Then, the movable plate 7 slides to press the lead wire 4 against the contact 5 and the lead wire 4 is connected to a measuring instrument 15. The oscillatory plate 20, on the other hand, is suspended in a free oscillatory state and the isolator 22 does not contact the oscillatory plate 20. Therefore, even when the diameter of the lead wire 4 is small, the lead wire does not flex and the oscillatory plate 20 is slanted.
