摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the sharp variation of output torque by installing a pressure control valve whose opening degree is throttled with the rise of the engine temperature into a conduit for introducing the supercharge pressure into the control chamber of a boost compensator for controlling the max. injection amount of a fuel injection pump. CONSTITUTION:In a fuel injection pump 10, a spill ring 16 for controlling the fuel injection quantity is fitted in slidable ways onto a plunger 15 which moves in reciprocation in revolution and shift-controlled by a tension lever 17 interlocked with a governor 13. Said lever 17 is regulated to the max. value for the max. injection quantity through an arm 21 by a boost compenstor 20. In this case, a pressure control valve 30 is installed between the conduits 39 and 41 for introducing the pressure in a suction passage 2 into the control pressure chamber 27 of the boost compensator 20. Said pressure control valve 30 is controlled to lower the pressure of the control pressure chamber 27 according to the rise of the engine temperature when the engine temperature is increased over a set value by an electronic control unit 50.
