PURPOSE:To reduce scratches on an aluminum disc end part and its deformation, and stabilize a quality improvement and a higher quality level as well as to make the promotion of mass production attainable, by continuously operating plural claw-form cutters having constant pressure force and torque, while separating coherent aluminum discs in a continuous manner. CONSTITUTION:An acute angle cutter 2a is supported by a rocking shaft shifting its axis to the separation side. And, there is provided with a driven pin 5a projecting to the opposite side, while it is depressed downward by a wedge body 7 moving at a right angle to a disc axis with an air cylinder 6. As for movements of the cutter 2a, after constant pressing force is applied to an end part of a disc 1a, constant torque toward the separation side is added to the disc 1a by moment making a shaft 4a a fulcrum, thus the disc 1a is separated. This unit separation motion is constituted so as to be performed on other discs 1b, 1c... in consecutive order, whereby coherent discs are continuously separated. Accordingly, scratches on an end part of the aluminum disc is as negligible as small, deformation also is reducible, and quality improvement and stabilization for high quality as well as the promotion of mass production at a small number of operators are all made possible.
