PURPOSE:To enable a processor of released gas to be formed in a small size, by isolating a delivery gas-liquid separator holding its pressure from a compressor side and reducing an instantaneously released amount of gas in emergency. CONSTITUTION:An equipment, arranging a valve 115 between a delivery gas- liquid separator 14 and a cooler 13, connects a part between a delivery side of a compressor 12 and the cooler 13 with a pipe line 4, connected with a released gas processor, through a pressure reducing valve 116. And in emergency, a minimum required amount of gas, when the compressor 12 is in running down, is released by the releasing valve 116 by both stopping the compressor 12 and closing valves 111, 112, 113, 115 so as to isolate the delivery gas-liquid separator 14 holding its pressure. Further thereafter, gas in the delivery gas-liquid separator 14 is released to the pipe line 4 by opening the valve 113 with a time delay so as to prevent an excessive flow.
