PURPOSE:To reduce cost and improve workability by forming metal fittings to be used during the process of exhaust, into a shape easily molded while dividing a terminal to be fitted to the metal fittings into the conduction part during the process of exhaust and the connection part of supply lines. CONSTITUTION:A terminal 10 is nearly rectangular, while forming the connection part 10b of a supply line, which relays a cathode current to one surface of the part rising from the soldering part 10a touching an insulator 6 and the mounting part 10c of the metal fittings for supplying cathode current during the process of exhaust, on the other rising part. Since the parts 10b and 10c are provided while the rising parts of the two neighboring sides basing on the soldering part 10a separately toward the different directions by 90 deg. so as to enable to be simultaneously press-molded and to obtain a cathode structure of a magnetron with a low-priced terminal. According to said constitution, the welding workability of the supply line of the cathode current is also excellent. |
