PURPOSE:To make easier the fitting and adjusting of a water-tight rubber seat by a method in which the radial gate water-tight rubber seat is regulatively fitted and fixed by using a gate body as a measure after assembling the gate body by providing an air box serving as an operation hole. CONSTITUTION:An effluent tube 2 is installed when constructing a dam 1, and an air box serving as an operation hole 13 is formed on the outer face of the tube 2 and buried in a concrete 17 by excluding the upper part of the tube 2. A foundation anchor 8 is installed, concrete is further placed, and a gate body 3 is built in the anchor 8 and provided with a gate opening and closing device 5. A water-tight rubber seat 10 is then positioned at a fitting place by using the gate body 3 as a measure and fixed from the inside of the air box serving as an operation hole 13. |
