PURPOSE:To prevent the first toner from being mixed into the second developing device by forming the first developed image on a photosensitive body, which has a photoconductive layer on a transparent conductive base, by electrification, exposure, and development and exposing the photosensitive body from the base side again after reelectrification and performing development again to form the second developed image. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive body 1 is electrified in the first rotation by the first corona charger 2, and negative exposure corresponding to the first image information is performed with a light L1 to form the first electrostatic latent image, and reversal development as performed by the first developing device 5 to form the first image. In the second rotation, the second corona charger 3 is used to electrify the photosensitive body 1 again with the positive polarity, and the potential is leveled to make the potential of a toner sticking part and that of a toner non-sticking part uniform. A negative exposure light L2 based on a signal corresponding to the second image information is irradiated from the inside of the photosensitive body 1 to form the second electrostatic latent image, and reversal development is performed by the second developing device 6. Thus, the toner stuck onto the photosensitive body 1 is prevented from being mixed into the second developing device 6. |
