PURPOSE:To permit the early-period utilization of reclamation sites by a method in which a water-permeable partition sheet made up of a dewatering material and a sheet or net is laid over the inside of a reclamation area, and reclamation work is made. CONSTITUTION:A reclamation area is divided 5 and a spillway 6 is provided to discharge excess water to the outside. A water-permeable partition sheet 1 is laid 7 over the inside of the divisions 5 and dredged sludge is charged from a pump dredger 8 into the divisions 5. Whereupon, soil and sand settle and suppernatant clarified water is discharged from the spillway 6 to the outside. When the reclamation work is ended, water in the soil of reclamation site is absorbed by a dewatering material 2 adhered to the sheet 1 and drained by capillary phenomenon to the ground's surface. |
