A vinyl chloride resin compsn. comprises 60-97 wt.% of a vinyl chloride resin and 3-40 wt.% of an impact modifier copolymer (I). (I) comprises (a) 10-60 pts. of a core copolymer contg. 5-49% conjugated diene, 41-95% aromatic vinyl monomer opt. mixed with alkyl (meth) acrylates and 0-10% crosslinking agent; (b) 20-75 pts. of an inner layer polymer contg. 60% or more conjugated diene, 0-5% crosslinking agent and aromatic vinyl monomer opt. mixed with alkyl (meth) acrylates; and (c) 15-50 pts. of an outer layer polymer contg. 0-10% crosslinking agent and 100-90% of a mixt. of alkyl acrylate and aromatic vinyl compd. The sum of (a), (b), and (c) forms 100 pts.
