PURPOSE:To attain a high-speed operation and to reduce power consumption by a construction wherein only an amplifier circuit having an input element of the highest potential out of amplifier circuits having the respective voltage input elements is made to amplify a current of a constant-current source. CONSTITUTION:Both of the base potentials of Q2K and Q3K (K=1-m) are low only in one of each of Q1K and Q3K, and it is assumed that the base potential is low in the case of K=1. On the occasion, a current of a constant-current source I21 flows from Q41 and not to Q21 and Q31, and the base potential of Q51 turns high, the potential of a word line N11 also turning high. Since the potential of this line is higher than those of other word lines, a current of a constant-current source I1 amplified by Q1 flows to the work line N11. When the base potential of Q21 or Q31 transfers from this state to be higher than VBB, the current of the constant-current source I21 flows to a resistor R21, the base potential of Q51 transfers from high to low, and the potential of the word line N11 also transfers to low. Since a large current obtained by the current of the constant-current source I1 being amplified by Q1 flows to word lines, a charge accumulated in a parasitic capacity C1 can be extracted, and a time of transition can be reduced.
