<p>PURPOSE:To permit to prevent freezing of a hot-water supplying pipe automatically by a method wherein a temperature detecting unit, attached to the wall of the hot-water supplying pipe and capable of detecting the temperature of hot-water in the hot-water supplying pipe, and a hot-water supply control unit, controlling the whole of the hot-water supplying device, are provided. CONSTITUTION:In case there is no requirement for discharging hot-water and the detected temperature of a temperature detecting unit 11 has shown a temperature below zero, the hot-water supply control unit 7 opens a water discharging valve 5 and flows predetermined amount of hot-water through the hot-water supplying pipe 3. When the hot-water is flowed through the pipe 3 and the detecting temperature of the detector 11 is increased to a value above zero, the water discharging valve 5 is closed. According to this method, dead water stagnated in the pipe 3 may be prevented from freezing. The temperature detecting unit 11 is attached to the wall of the pipe 3, exposed to the outside of a house, at a place whereat the temperature can be reduced the most, and whereby the temperature of the water in a place whereat the temperature can be reduced the most can be detected directly. On the other hand, hot-water supplying is requested at an operating unit 10 by setting the temperature at amount of hot-water discharged out of a hot-water supplying port 2. The hot-water supply control unit 7 controls a hot-water supplier 1 to discharge hot-water of set temperature and the water temperature of water discharging unit 6 is detected in a water temperature detecting unit 9.</p> |
