PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily read information data, by constituting a plurality of coded character information and the discrimination code corresponding thereto by using a pressure-sensitive color forming material. CONSTITUTION:When pressure is added to a card by a pressure part 11, the microcapsule 9 at the protruded part of the pressure part 11 is destructed to discharge a color former solution which is, in turn, contacted with the coupler of the coupler layer 8 in the same layer and only the part opposed to the protruded part of the pressure part 11 forms a color. That is, by preparing the pressure part 1 so as to correspond to a character code and applying pressure to the card by using the pressure part 11, a color is developed in a predetermined code pattern and read by the reading means of an image sensor. Because a code is constituted of a pressure-sensitive color forming material, coded character information can be obtained on the card by a simple method such as the application of pressure and an information code can be easily read. |
