<p>PURPOSE:To aim at shock absorption in time of stopping and miniaturization in a returning device, by constituting a stopper being free of movements in both front and rear direction by means of an air cylinder selectable to an orifice type buffering function, in case of a conveyor for car parts, etc. CONSTITUTION:When a bucket 1 is in a work dumping position A at a rear upper part, a pushbutton valve 13 and a limit valve 15 are closed, a master valve 16 moves to the right and the inside of a cylinder 8 is interconnected to a pressure air source 10, making a piston go back, thus a stopper 3 is in a position jutting out into the rear. Next, when the bucket 1 is made to go forward along a rail 2, the limit switch valve 15 once moves downward at an intermediate position via an operating lever 14 and opens, and the master valve 16 is moved with air pressure 10, opening a cylinder 8 to the air via an orifice 9, thus a buffering function is given to the stopper 3. If the pushbutton valve 13 is opened, a work 1 gets back to the A position. With this constitution, a stopping shock is absorbable with a small-sized device.</p> |
