<p>PURPOSE:To enable production of a blade at a low cost and to improve rigidity, by a method wherein a blade forms hollow structure, a part of an outer shell molded body, divided into plural parts, is overlapped as an overlap part, and the overlap part is adhered and tightened for securing. CONSTITUTION:A blade 7 forms hollow structure, and an outer shell is formed with a method product of resin. The outer shell is assembled with an outer shell molded product 11 on the front edge (a) side and an outer molded product 12 on the rear edge (b) side, into which the outer shell is divided along a longitudinal direction. In the outer shell molded products 11 and 12, the portions, positioned facing each other, of the back (c) side and the belly (d) side of the blade 7 are overlapped as overlap parts 11a and 12a, respectively, and a space in each overlapped part is filled with adhesive for adhesion. In the overlap parts 11a and 12a overlapped with their mating overlap parts, beams 13 are located in plural spots along is longitudinal direction between the back (c) side and the belly (d) side, and are fastened for securing by means of a bolt 14 and a nut 15.</p> |
