PURPOSE:To improve the grease holding force on the sliding face by employing the sealed region or the entirely of the sliding face of gas cock as the discharge machining face. CONSTITUTION:The outercircumferential region at the open end of a pass-hole 11 of a chosing chip 1 is applied with discharge machining within predetermined range. The discharge machining region 2 will be a circle concentric with the opening of the pass hole 11. A recess is made through partial fusing caused by discharge in the discharge machining face. Consequently, grease is held in discontinuous recess in the discharge machining face formed entirely or at the essential portion of the sliding face and not easily fluidized. Since the grease is held through the coarse metal face, mechanical strength is improved when compared with formation of synthetic resin film. |
