The invention relates to a cutter holder for fitting into the cutter spindle of a woodworking machine. It is considered to be essential that two supporting angles are attached, the respective long leg of which is attached in such a way that it can be displaced in a guide groove of the cutter holder and locked via clamping screws, while the respective short leg underpins the cutter margin, so that the cutter is immovably held in position even in the case of extremely high dynamic forces acting on the cutting system.
