摘要 PURPOSE:Release paper that is prepared by coating a base material such as paper with a coating agent which is prepared by mixing a silicon resin or fluorine resin as a releasing agent with a release-inhibiting agent on one side surface, thus being suitable for Chinese MANJU, because the paper sticks to the food to be steamed, when refrigerated, and becomes releasable when the food is steamed. CONSTITUTION:A base material such as paper is coated on one surface, with a coating agent composed of a releasing agent such as a silicon resin or fluorine resin and a release-inhibiting agent, preferably acrylic resin, silicon-acrylic copolymer resin, polyester resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, PE resin, cellulosic resin, starch, casein or clay to give the objective releasing paper.
