PURPOSE:To reduce the device cost and maintenance charge by loading as one unit an air-conditioning casing in which are assembled an internal-combustion engine constituting an air conditioner for driving the same, a freezer for space cooling, an evaporator, a hot water type heater core for space heating, a blasting blower, etc. CONSTITUTION:A constituent unit on a frame base 40 is formed by assembling a hot water generating casing 11, respective constituent elements 2-9 of a freezer as a cool heat supply source, a space heating heater core 10, a hot water supply pipeline D as means for supplying cooling hot water for a main engine C to the heater core 10, cooling water supply systems 30-32, an internal- combustion engine 1 for driving the device, etc. On a blow-off port 13 of the air-conditioning casing 11 for generating cool and hot air flow is mounted an air flow distributing duct. Branched ducts are suitably connected to said duct. The tip ends of respective ducts are connected to cool air or hot air blow-off grills provided in respective cabins so as to uniformly cool or heat these cabins.
