PURPOSE:To simply and certainly emit a paint by preventing the formation of a film or sedimentation, by supplying the paints in a pair of freely extensible containers communicated with each other so as to generate no contact space with gas and alternately moving the paints between containers. CONSTITUTION:At first, a paint is supplied from the supply and air vent port 22a of a paint supply pipe 22 so as not to leave air in extensible containers 17, 18. Next, when the pressure of the pneumatic chamber 26 in the upstream side is made higher than the pressure supplied to a nozzle 5, the extensible container 18 of the high pressure pneumatic chamber 26 is compressed to contract bellows 16 and a slide plate 12 is gradually slid to the direction of a partition wall 14 being a central partition plate and the paint is sent into the extensible container 17 from the extensible container 18 through a communication port 19. When detectors 23, 24 detect the full amount in one side of the container and the empty amount in the other side thereof due to the movement of slide plates 10, 12, the pressing force of the pneumatic chamber is reversed and a part of the paint is supplied to the nozzle during this time.
