PURPOSE:To improve miniaturization, weight lightening and mobility and to reduce electric power consumption by providing a rotating means which supports freely rotatably a camera main body in the direction of yawing, providing a hand grip which supports the rotating means and providing a connecting means which connects electrically the camera main body and the hand grip in the almost rotating center part of the rotating means. CONSTITUTION:While connecting a camera main body 11 with a rotating body and also connecting a fixed plate hand grip 34 with them, an object is photographed by holding the hand grip 34. At this time, by detecting a camera shake in a horizontal and a vertical directions by angular velocity sensors 47 and 50, driving an actuator 48 by a control circuit 46 and also an actuator 51 by a control circuit 49 and controlling always the outputs of the angular velocity sensors 47 and 50 as to approach to zero, the camera main body 11 is not shaked even if the holded hand grip is shaked by hand shaking and a stabilized picture can be photographed and the video is recorded on a VTR that is connected to a VTR connecting terminal 44.
