PURPOSE:To simply and inexpensively form an earth electric circuit of an atomizing liquid, by forming a vibrator base from a resin material and applying a conductive film to the surface of the base by hot printing. CONSTITUTION:For example, an atomizer main body 2 comprises a resin material and is equipped with a structure for storing an atomizing solution 1 and fixing a plurality of parts for holding a vibrator 3 as a whole. The vibrator 3 is held between a vibrator base 5 positioned in the side contacted with the atomizing solution 1 through a rubber packing 4 and a vibrator presser 6 positioned in the other side. In this structure, the vibrator base 5 is formed of a resin material and the formation of an electric circuit is performed by applying a conductive film 9 having a carbon or metal powder mixed therein in a molten state to the surface of the vibrator base 5 by hot printing to make it possible to inexpensively obtain an electric circuit structure having heat resistance.
