PURPOSE:To enable the measurement of eccentricity in a short time, by varying the relative angle between an object and a measuring means to determine the plane coordinates of the center axis of the circular parts at sections and further, those of the center axis of the normal circle portion of the object. CONSTITUTION:A ferule 1 is rotated with a pulse motor 3 at varied angles, 90 deg., 180 deg., 270 deg. and 360 deg. and irradiated with a laser light 7c to determine diameter and distance data of the cylinder thereof with a laser measuring device 7 respectively. These data are computed with a computer 10 to obtain plane coordinates of the center axis at the relative angles. Then, an image 1b of the hole 1B of the ferule 1 is formed with an image sensor 9 having a microscope 8 placed in front thereof 1 and the data output thereof are processed with the computer 10 to obtain the plane coordinates of the center axis of the normal circle of the ferule. The plane coordinates of the center axes of the circular parts at sections ad those of the center axis of the normal circle are combined with the computer 10 to find the eccentricity delta by calculating the distance therebetween. |
